The hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the train stations. I found the breakfast buffet provided a high-quality selection of food. I enjoyed a rainfall shower in the room. The sauna and jacuzzi were additional pluses.
The room I stayed in felt too dark because there was no central light available. Ambient lighting was also not strong enough, affecting overall visibility. I often had to open balcony doors to let in cold air because there was no air conditioning.

My stay had issues. Our room felt quite dark because of the design. It was hard to see inside the suitcase. Basic items such as shower caps were missing from our room. These should be standard. I don't think asking for them is appropriate.

the location was superb, especially the quick walk to the gondola. Breakfast each morning featured a wide selection that tasted great. the spa facilities included saunas and a nice pool.

Mr. Panagiotis ensured my stay was seamless. His attentiveness was amazing.. I appreciate his honesty in promptly informing me about a left-behind item. He returned it with care. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym and pools.

I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The spa was super clean. The hotel's decor harmonized nicely. Secure parking with designated spaces simplified access.
I noticed that the food service had limited availability. There were specific times when only bar snacks were available instead of full meals. This made finding suitable dining options challenging between lunch and dinner.

The room included Penhaligans toiletries and an umbrella for convenience. A minibar was stocked daily and bathrobes and slippers were available. Soundproof doors maintained warmth and quiet. That's super nice.
